They dated for more than two years before breaking up.

Since 2013, Seacrest has had on-again, off-again relationships with model and personal chef Shayna Taylor. They met through mutual acquaintances. Max Mutchnick contacted Ryan after he became the owner and revealed that he had always regretted not completing the renovation and design he had planned years earlier. Therefore, Ryan hired Max to finish the renovation. In November 2020, Ryan listed this home for $85 million.
Ryan Seacrest reportedly rented a townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for $75,000 per month in 2017. The six-story estate is 11,000 square feet in size.
